随着人们对住房需求的不断增长,目前国内房地产行业的发展也越来越快速。但是由于诸多因素的客观存在,导致了很长一段时间内房价居高不下的同时,无形中也给房地产公司的财务管理带来了各种风险隐患,这在一定程度上阻碍了房地产公司的长效发展。因而,作为企业,当务之急便是立足于房地产目前所处的大环境,认真分析其风险要素,并采取相应的有效策略,提高自身的财务管理水平,更好滴应对市场风险。为此,本文从我国房地产行业的发展现状入手,细致地分析了政策干预下的房地产财务风险的形成原因,并在此基础上提出了降低房地产财务风险的有效策略,旨在给房地产的科学长效发展提供理论借鉴。
