黑木耳营养丰富,口味独特,是中国食用菌传统品种,具有生产周期短、操作简单、见效快的特点,国内市场价格比较稳定,笔者经多年研究,总结出了一套黑木耳高产栽培经验,现将技术要点介绍如下:一、栽培季节一年可生产两季,春季1月中旬一2月接种,4月中、下旬下地催耳,7月末出耳结束;秋季5月中、下旬接种,8月上、中旬下地催耳,11月上旬出耳结束。二、栽培设施包括日光温室、菇房等发菌设施。设施内部
