1.脱氧产物的组成作者曾进行了如下的实验~([4]):在内径为6mm的石英管中封接一具有许多小孔的氧化镁圆片,将铁基合金试样放在氧化镁片上熔化。将蒸汽或氧化性气体的混合物由氧化镁片的小孔通入铁液的底表面。由于氧化作用,在液体铁底表面形成夹杂并向铁液面上浮。测定了氧化物夹杂上浮过程中其组成的变化。
1. Composition of Deoxidation Products The authors conducted the following experiment ~ ([4]): A magnesium oxide wafer with many small holes was sealed in a quartz tube with an inner diameter of 6 mm, the iron-based alloy sample was put in an oxidation Magnesium sheet melting. A mixture of steam or oxidizing gas is passed from the pores of the magnesium oxide sheet to the bottom surface of the molten iron. Due to oxidation, inclusions are formed on the surface of the liquid iron bottom and float upward to the molten iron surface. The change of composition in the process of oxide inclusion floating was measured.
