[背景]根据省人大常委会监督工作安排,省人大常委会组成行政事业性收费管理情况监督检查组,对我省行政事业性收费管理情况进行检查,重点检查政府及有关部门贯彻实施《中华人民共和国行政许可法》,清理、规范行政性收费;贯彻实施《广东省行政事业性收费管理条例》,对收费项目清理整顿、实行收支两条线管理的情况。监督检查组关于监督检查行政事业性收费管理情况的报告提交省十届人大常委会第十四次会议审议。

The report of the supervision and inspection team on the supervision and inspection of the management of administrative fees and charges shall be submitted to the 14th meeting of the 10th NPC Standing Committee for consideration.
