工学结合人才培养模式的探索是目前高职教育改革发展的关键性问题。本文以宁夏职业技术学院旅游管理专业工学结合人才培养模式为例,从人才培养方案的制定、培养目标的定位、课程模式的构建、教学内容的设计、教学过程的管理、专兼职教师的配备、实践教学和实训基地的建设、项岗实习与就业对接等方面对高职旅游管理专业工学结合人才培养模式路径问题进行探讨,以培养旅游管理专业学生职业能力,提高学生综合素质。
