高等职业教育是以就业为导向的教育,而专业实践教学体系对提高学生的就业能力有非常重要的作用,如专业课程实训、社会实践、顶岗实习等。以此为出发点,本文提出高职市场营销专业实践课程体系应进行改革和创新,实行教、学、做、评“四位一体”的教学模式,应本着以学生为主体,教师在做中教,学生在做中学,由学生、教师和企业共同进行过程性评价和考核,实现提高学生社会实践能力和提升学生职业素养的教学目标。
Higher vocational education is employment-oriented education, and professional practice teaching system to improve the employability of students has a very important role, such as professional courses training, social practice, internships and so on. Taking this as a starting point, this paper puts forward that the reform of the practical course system of higher vocational education and marketing should be carried out through the teaching mode of teaching, learning, doing and evaluating “four in one ”. Based on the students as the main body, Doing teaching, students doing high school, by students, teachers and business process evaluation and assessment together to achieve the ability to improve students’ social practice and enhance the professionalism of students teaching objectives.
