泛素-蛋白酶体通路(ubiquitin-proteasome pathway,UPP)是真核细胞除溶酶体途径外的蛋白质主要降解途径。UPP除为人熟知的细胞内蛋白质的水解作用外,还是十分重要的细胞功能调节因素。近来有关UPP在生殖领域的研究也取得很大进展。研究发现UPP参与正常月经周期子宫内膜的组织重塑、卵母细胞减数分裂成熟和早期胚胎发育、甾体激素受体的代谢等雌性生殖系统的生理活动,而且也与精子发生、成熟和受精等雄性生殖系统生理活动密切相关。
The ubiquitin-proteasome pathway (UPP) is a major protein degradation pathway in eukaryotic cells other than the lysosomal pathway.
