当前,以互联网为代表的数字技术成为20世纪末期以来另一个具有颠覆和超越书写文明的媒体技术,“数字化”成为互联网发展的基本方式。首先,互联网时代的数字技术不是与口传、书写(印刷)相敌对的媒介技术。其次,数字技术不仅仅只是一个文化保存的媒介,也是一个全新的文化创造的媒体技术。最后,互联网时代的内容产业发展还离不开对互联网数字技术媒介劣势的控制。以互联网为代表的数字技术应该成为新的人类文化的容器,从而推动互联网内容产业的健康发展。
At present, the digital technology represented by the Internet has become another media technology that has subverted and surpassed the written civilization since the late 20th century. The “digitalization” has become the basic mode for the development of the Internet. First of all, digital technology in the Internet age is not a media technology rivaling oral traditions and writing (printing). Second, digital technology is more than just a media for cultural preservation; it is also a brand new media-created technology for culture. Finally, the development of the content industry in the Internet age can not be separated from the disadvantages of the digital media in the Internet. The digital technology represented by the Internet should become a container of new human culture, so as to promote the healthy development of the Internet content industry.
