在掺Ce浓度为10×10~(-6)的Ce:BaTiO_3晶体中同时观察到了两种在e光入射下的各向异性圆锥型散射,其中一种是很少见报道的分成4瓣的散射光锥.假设其中一种光锥的进一步散射产生了另一种光锥,分别用光折变三波耦合理论以及光生伏特效应理论进行了解释.两种散射光锥的张角的理论计算值与实验测量值符合得非常好,证明了用这两种理论进行解释的正确性同时也证明这两种散射可同时存在于一种晶体之中,而且它们之间还可能存在着一定的联系
Two kinds of anisotropic conical scattering under e-light incidence were observed simultaneously in the Ce: BaTiO_3 crystal doped with Ce at a concentration of 10 × 10 ~ (-6), one of which is rarely reported to be subdivided into four Scattering Light Cones Suppose one of the light scatters further generates another light cone, which is explained by the photorefractive three-wave coupling theory and the photovoltaic effect theory, respectively.
