基于Prasad等人提出的动态模拟材料模型,建立了T-17合金在温度805~945℃、应变速率0.001~80s(-1)范围内的热变形图。通过对能量耗散率η和组织变化分析,研究了组织稳定和失稳的参数范围。结果表明、热变形图与(α+β)区和β区变形所得的组织完全吻合。
Based on the dynamic simulation material model proposed by Prasad et al., The thermal deformation diagram of T-17 alloy at the temperature of 805 ~ 945 ℃ and strain rate of 0.001 ~ 80s (-1) was established. Through the analysis of energy dissipation rate η and microstructure, the parameter range of tissue stability and instability was studied. The results show that the thermal deformation diagram is completely consistent with that of the (α + β) zone and the β zone.
