研究了焊后回火工艺(主要是同火温度)对STE355钢焊接组织的影响。采用1320℃的峰值温度分别对试样进行单道和多道焊接热模拟,然后在500~620℃的温度范围回火1.5h;用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了焊后冷速不同的试样在不同温度回火后的显微组织变化,尤其是粒贝及M-A组元的分解转化;根据显微组织与性能的关系提出了相对合适的回火工艺。
The effect of post-weld tempering process (mainly the same temperature) on the weld microstructure of STE355 steel was studied. The single-pass and multi-pass welding thermal simulations of the specimens were carried out respectively at a peak temperature of 1320 ℃, and then tempered at a temperature of 500-620 ℃ for 1.5h. Scanning and transmission electron microscopy The microstructure changes after tempering at different temperatures, especially the decomposition and transformation of the shellfish and the M-A component, and the relative suitable tempering process was proposed according to the relationship between the microstructure and the performance.
