目的:建立测定化胃舒颗粒中甘草苷和甘草酸铵的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Phenomenex Synergi Polar-RP色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.03%磷酸溶液为流动相,检测波长为237nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 m L·min-1。结果:甘草苷进样量在0.1188~0.7128μg(r=0.9998)、甘草酸铵进样量在0.24~1.44μg(r=0.9998)范围内时,与峰面积值具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为96.98%和95.10%,RSD分别为1.73%和2.39%(n=9)。结论:本方法重现性好、专属性强、灵敏度高,可用做化胃舒颗粒内在质量控制的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in Huweishu granules. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Phenomenex Synergi Polar-RP column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.03% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 237 nm. Flow rate 1.0 m L · min-1. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the injection volume of liquiritin and the peak area in the range of 0.1188-0.7128μg (r = 0.9998) and the injection volume of glycyrrhizin in the range of 0.24-1.44μg (r = 0.9998) Rates were 96.98% and 95.10% with RSDs of 1.73% and 2.39%, respectively (n = 9). Conclusion: The method has good reproducibility, high specificity and high sensitivity, and can be used as a method for internal quality control of Huwei Shu granules.
