目的:采用多种方法处理“白木香通体造香技术”所结沉香,全面分析其挥发性成分。方法:分别采用固相微萃取法、动态顶空吹扫捕集法、丙酮萃取法三种前处理方法提取沉香药材中的挥发性成分并进行GC-MS分析。结果:三种方法共检测出113个化学成分,以倍半萜类、芳香族类成分为主,其中有67个成分是未报道过的;同时检出了沉香特征性有效成分沉香螺旋醇、苄基丙酮、甲基色酮。结论:通过对沉香样品中挥发性成分的全面分析,发现新方法所结沉香的化学成分与天然沉香相似,且含有天然沉香中的主要有效成分。
Objective: To adopt a variety of methods to deal with “Bai wood Xiangtong incense technology ” the resulting incense, a comprehensive analysis of its volatile components. Methods: Three kinds of pretreatment methods: solid-phase microextraction, dynamic headspace purge and trap, and acetone extraction were used to extract the volatile components in Radix Angelicae sinensis and analyzed by GC-MS. Results: A total of 113 chemical constituents were detected by the three methods, with sesquiterpenoids and aromatic components as main components, of which 67 were not reported. At the same time, alcanspin, Benzyl acetone, methyl chromone. Conclusion: Through the comprehensive analysis of the volatile components in the samples, we found that the chemical components in the new method are similar to the natural ones, and contain the main active components in the natural aloes.
