Tensilon是一种很好的抗胆硷酯酶药物,1949年开始被发现,其他学名为(3-羟-苯)2甲基-乙基氯化铵((3-hydroxy-Phenyl)dimethyl-ethy Ammonium chloride)。1950-1951年试用于重症肌无力症治疗,对解除肌无力症状有较显著效果,惜因维持时间太短而不适用。1952年Osserman等成功地用作快速诊断剂,嗣后被进一步应用于重症肌无力症鉴别诊断、胆硷能危象与肌无力危象的鉴别、抗胆硷酯酸最合适剂量测定等。鉴于国内尚少有报导,本文就Tensilon在重症肌无力症中的应用,结合我们的临床体验作一介貂。
Tensilon is a very good anti-cholinesterase drug and was first discovered in 1949. Other names are (3-hydroxy-Phenyl) dimethyl- ethy Ammonium chloride). 1950-1951 trial for the treatment of myasthenia gravis, to relieve muscle weakness symptoms have more significant effect, but because of the maintenance time is too short and not applicable. In 1952 Osserman successfully used as a rapid diagnostic reagent, then further applied to the differential diagnosis of myasthenia gravis, cholinergic crisis and myasthenic crisis identification, anti-bile acid ester most suitable dose determination. In view of the fact that there are few reports in our country, this article makes an introduction to the application of Tensilon in myasthenia gravis combined with our clinical experience.
