在钛合金棒材热连轧机组“平三角-圆”孔型基础上,基于对轧制过程分析和有限元模拟,对现有的平三角孔型加以改进,形成改进型“平三角-圆”孔型系统,然后将Φ25 mm的TC4钛合金棒材在改进孔型后的八机架Y型轧机上连轧至Φ15 mm,以求解决轧件出耳子、扭转、圆度差等问题,提高产品的尺寸精度。
