采用吡喃糖氧化酶(PROD)法检测1,5-脱水山梨醇(1,5-AG)浓度。正常人(75例)为29.84±9.91mg/L,正常下限为13.5mg/L;IGT者(18例)为18.61±4.65mg/L;糖尿病患者(188例)为6.58±4.26mg/L,三者间呈显著性差异(P<0.001),糖尿病患者1,5-AG值比正常人低45%。1,5-AG分别与空腹血糖(r=-0.7060)、24小时尿糖(r=-0.8533)、果糖胺(r=-0.6759)、糖化血红蛋白(r=-0.5911)均呈显著负相关,提示1,5-AG可用作糖尿病监测新指标。同时还证明1,5-AG尚可反映过去一周内短期的平均血糖水平,因此弥补了过去缺乏短期指标之不足。
The concentration of 1,5-AG (1,5-AG) was detected by the pyranose oxidase (PROD) method. The normal range was 29.84 ± 9.91mg / L in normal subjects, the normal lower limit was 13.5mg / L, 18.61 ± 4.65mg / L in IGT patients and 188 in diabetic patients were 6.58 ± 4.26mg / L, there was a significant difference between the three (P <0.001), 1,5-AG in diabetic patients lower than normal 45%. (R = -0.7060), 24-hour urine glucose (r = -0.8533), fructosamine (r = -0.6759) and HbA1c (r = -0. 5911) showed a significant negative correlation, suggesting 1,5-AG can be used as a new indicator of diabetes monitoring. It also proves that 1,5-AG can still reflect the short-term average blood glucose level in the past week, thus making up for the lack of short-term indicators in the past.
