目的 观察SD大白鼠腹腔内注射槲皮素 ( 2 0 0mg·kg-1)对实验性博莱霉素致肺纤维化的防治作用。方法 通过博莱霉素 ( 5mg·kg-1)致鼠肺纤维化的动物模型 ,动态观察各实验组与肺纤维化形成相关的d 3、d 7、d 14、d 2 8肺组织匀浆内羟脯氨酸、脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量 ,动态观察肺组织病理学变化及形态学定量测量肺组织中炎症组织数 /每高倍视野、肺泡间隔宽度、单位面积肺纤维化灶所占的分面积。结果 与对照组相比 ,槲皮素组能显著地降低博莱霉素致肺纤维化程度。结论 槲皮素对博莱霉素致肺纤维化有一定的防治作用
Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of quercetin (200 mg · kg-1) intraperitoneally on experimental bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in SD rats. Methods Animal models of pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin (5 mg · kg -1) were used to observe the changes of lung tissue of d 3, d 7, d 14 and d 2 8 Endogenous hydroxyproline and lipid peroxides (LPO) were detected dynamically in lung tissue. The lung histopathological changes and morphological changes were quantitatively measured. The number of inflammatory tissues per lung tissue, the area of alveolar septum, the area of pulmonary fibrosis per unit area The sub-area. Results Compared with the control group, quercetin significantly reduced bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis. Conclusions Quercetin has some preventive and therapeutic effects on bleomycin induced pulmonary fibrosis
