Protein kinase C (PKC) is a phospholipase dependent filament / threonine protein kinase present in the cytoplasm. To date, most studies in vitro on human tumors have found that PKC and its multiple subtypes are involved in tumorigenesis, invasion and metastasis, and are involved in tumorigenesis, development, metastasis and multidrug resistance Medicine and other processes of signal transmission. Nuclear factor kappa B is a multifunctional transcription factor with a wide range of biological activities that activate the transcription of cytokines, adhesion molecules, chemokines and others. This article reviews the relationship between the expression of PKC and PKC-NF-κB and the regulation of ovarian cancer.
