近年来,国网莆田供电公司树立“依靠员工、关爱员工、和谐发展”的价值导向,认真实施省公司“四季关怀”工程。围绕马斯洛五层次需求理论,全方位服务员工需求,加强供电所环境改造,改善办公环境;打造就业绿色通道,促进员工身心健康;打通员工成才通道,搭建成长平台;活跃职工文化,促进职工互动交流;奖励各种突出贡献,助力员工自我实现。努力做到对员工知心、知情、知难、知需,用亲情、热情、感情把员工的心凝聚起来。
