目的建立复方川芎滴丸的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对复方中当归、川芎进行了定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对当归、川芎中阿魏酸进行了定量测定。结果薄层色谱分离度好;阿魏酸在0.001~0.100 mg/mL与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为102.06%,RSD值为2.25%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法准确可靠,灵敏度高,专属性强,可有效控制复方川芎滴丸的质量。
Objective To establish the quality standard of compound chuanxiong drop pills. Methods TLC and HPLC were used to characterize Angelica sinensis and Chuanxiong rhizome. The contents of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis and Chuanxiong rhizome were quantitatively determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The chromatographic separation was good. The linear range of ferulic acid was 0.001 ~ 0.100 mg / mL. The average recovery was 102.06%. The RSD value was 2.25% (n = 6). Conclusion The established method is accurate and reliable, high sensitivity and specificity, which can effectively control the quality of compound chuanxiong dripping pills.
