目的了解2009~2013年晋中市榆次区14岁以下儿童蛔虫感染情况的动态变化规律,为科学防治儿童蛔虫感染提供科学依据。方法采用改良加藤厚涂片法检测蛔虫卵,2009~2013年每年在城区及乡镇采用分层随机抽样的方法抽取学校及幼儿园,对14岁以下各年级学生及幼儿开展了蛔虫感染现状调查。结果 14岁以下儿童蛔虫平均感染率为1.89%,城区、农村14岁以下儿童蛔虫平均感染率分别为1.46%和2.22%(P<0.05),幼儿、小学生、初中生蛔虫平均感染率分别为1.33%、3.15%和1.32%,14岁以下男性、女性蛔虫平均感染率分别为2.19%和1.55%(P<0.05)。结论晋中市榆次区14岁以下儿童蛔虫感染率处于较低水平并呈现逐年下降趋势,防治重点为农村地区小学男生。
Objective To understand the dynamic changes of Ascaris suum infection in children under 14 years old in Yuci district, Jinzhong city from 2009 to 2013, and provide a scientific basis for scientific prevention and treatment of Ascaris infection in children. Methods The modified Kato thick smears were used to detect Ascaris eggs. From 2009 to 2013, schools and kindergartens were sampled by stratified random sampling every year in urban areas and townships. The current status of ascaris infection in pupils and children under 14 years of age was investigated. Results The average infection rate of roundworm in children under 14 was 1.89%. The average infection rates of roundworm in urban areas and rural areas were 1.46% and 2.22% respectively (P <0.05), and the average infection rate of roundworm in children, primary school students and pupils was 1.33 %, 3.15% and 1.32%. The average infection rates of Ascariasis in male and female under 14 were 2.19% and 1.55% respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of Ascaris infection in children under 14 years of age in Yuci district of Jinzhong City is at a low level and shows a declining trend year by year. The prevention and treatment focuses on primary school boys in rural areas.
