目前,我国市场经济体制日益完善,而作为专门保护市场中的公共资源、监督政府行政行为的行政公益诉讼制度在我国却未能得以建立,究其原因是多方面的。然而,随着我国市场经济的不断发展、行政诉讼制度的不断进步、公民权利意识的不断增强,建立行政公益诉讼制度已成为时代之需。基于此,本文探讨了我国行政公益诉讼制度构建对策。 At present, the system of market economy in our country is perfecting day by day. However, as a public-interest litigation system that specializes in protecting the public resources in the market and supervising the government administration, it has not been established in our country for many reasons. However, with the constant development of market economy, the continuous improvement of administrative litigation system and the continuous improvement of civil rights awareness, the establishment of administrative public interest litigation system has become a necessity of the times. Based on this, this article discusses the construction of China’s administrative public interest litigation system.
