北京市近五年建成13座橡胶坝，1992年曾获得北京市农业技术推广一等奖。橡胶坝是50年代随着合成材料的发展而出现的一种新型水工建筑物。1957年美国在洛杉肌河上建造了世界上第一座橡胶坝，由于施工期短、造价低廉、管理运用方便，坝袋泄空后紧贴在底板上，不缩小原有河床断面 In the past five years, Beijing built 13 rubber dams and won the first prize of agricultural technology promotion in Beijing in 1992.
