为探求有利于烤烟生长发育及产质量形成的氮肥形态,采用田间小区试验,研究了不同氮素形态配比对烤烟氮肥利用率及烟叶品质的影响。结果表明,与不施氮肥的对照相比,硝态氮和铵态氮肥都有利于烟叶产量的形成;在施肥的各处理之间烟株生物量及氮肥利用率最高的为硝铵比1∶1的处理;而烟叶中氮、烟碱和蛋白质的含量最高的为铵态氮处理;总糖、还原糖则是硝态氮处理效果最好。综合考虑各处理烟叶化学指标可知,按硝铵比1∶1的比例施用氮肥对烟叶产质量最好。
In order to explore the forms of nitrogen fertilizer that is favorable to the growth and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco, field experiments were conducted to study the effects of different nitrogen forms on the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer and the quality of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that compared with the control without nitrogen fertilizer, nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen fertilizer all contributed to the formation of tobacco leaf yield. Among the treatments, the highest biomass and nitrogen use efficiency was tobacco nitrate ratio 1: 1, while the highest content of nitrogen, nicotine and protein in the leaves was treated by ammonium nitrogen. The total sugar and reducing sugar were the best in the treatment of nitrate nitrogen. Comprehensive consideration of the chemical indicators of each leaf shows that, according to the ratio of ammonium nitrate to nitrogen fertilizer ratio of 1: 1 on the quality of tobacco production is best.
