为了消除变流器中由于脉宽调制技术产生的高次谐波电流、漏电流及空间电磁波等电磁干扰影响,采用载波相移SPWM调制技术作为替代,本文通过使用MATLAB软件仿真五电平脉冲控制级联H桥变流器,对得到的CPS-SPWM输出波形进行傅立叶分析和谐波特性分析,获得结论:载波相移SPWM技术具有等效开关频率高,开关损耗小,动态响应快,传输频带宽等优点,使特大功率变流器采用SPWM技术成为可能。[1][2]
In order to eliminate the effect of electromagnetic interference such as higher harmonic current, leakage current and space electromagnetic wave caused by pulse width modulation technology in converter, carrier phase shift SPWM modulation technology is used instead. In this paper, MATLAB software is used to simulate five-level pulse control Cascaded H-bridge converter, Fourier transform analysis and harmonic analysis of the obtained CPS-SPWM output waveform, the conclusion: carrier phase shift SPWM technology has the advantages of high equivalent switching frequency, small switching loss, fast dynamic response, Bandwidth and other advantages, the use of SPWM super high power converter technology possible.
