以MS培养基为基础加入不同质量浓度的吲哚丁酸(IBA)和6苄基氨基腺嘌呤(6BA),对东北红豆杉茎尖进行组织培养.结果表明,茎尖生长量和愈伤组织生长量因激素质量浓度不同而不同,6BA/IBA比值大时,可产生不定芽.从2年生植株上采取的茎尖产生不定芽的百分率较17年生的高.当IBA质量浓度大时,茎尖容易形成不定根,从2年生植株上取的茎尖形成不定根的百分率大于17年生的植株上取的茎尖.
MS medium was added with different concentrations of indole butyric acid (IBA) and 6-benzyl adenine (6 BA), the stems of Taxus cuspidata tissue culture. The results showed that the shoot tip growth and callus growth due to different concentrations of different hormone concentrations, 6 BA / IBA ratio can produce adventitious buds. The percentage of shoot adventitious shoots taken from 2-year-old plants was higher than that of 17-year-olds. When the mass concentration of IBA is high, the shoot tips tend to form adventitious roots, and the percentage of adventitious roots forming from the biennial plants is greater than that of the 17-year-old plants.
