在研究切削过程从平稳到失稳的过程中振动加速度信号的概率密度函数变化的基础上,提出利用加速度信号的幅值分布在某一指定区间上概率值的变化来确定机床稳定性极限的方法。理论分析和试验结果表明上述方法准确可靠。
Based on the study of the change of probability density function of vibration acceleration signal during the course of the cutting process from steady to instability, a method of using the change of the probability value of the amplitude distribution of the acceleration signal in a specified interval to determine the stability limit of the machine tool . Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the above method is accurate and reliable.
