在实现了1hm2产量4536kg基础上,研究了新大豆2号产量构成、生长发育动态及生理生化指标。研究表明:产量垂直分布以中上部为主,下部也有一定的产量;开花至结荚时期是植株生长最快的时期,株高日增长2.14cm;鼓粒盛期叶面积达到最大(LAI:5.47),叶面积的动态变化属稳生稳降型;干物质积累以结荚鼓粒期最快,日增加463.5kg/hm2;总光合势199178.7m2/d,其中结荚鼓粒期至黄熟初期占总光合势63.6%;平均净光合生产率3.34g/m2·d,结荚至鼓粒期最高达8.7g/m2·d;NR酶花期最高,蔗糖酶活力和H2O2酶鼓粒期最高。
