以关中—天水经济区城市群的8个主要城市为样本,构建了包括资源承载力和人口与社会经济发展压力两个方面的18项指标组成的资源环境承载力评价指标体系。利用主成分分析法对关中—天水经济区城市群资源环境承载力进行综合性定量评价。结果表明:关中—天水经济区城市群的资源环境承载力空间差异明显,呈现为三个等级类型:西安、宝鸡和渭南城市资源环境承载力水平较高,咸阳、铜川和杨凌城市资源环境承载力水平中等,天水和商洛城市资源环境承载力水平较低。并根据各样本城市资源环境承载力的优势和劣势因素,提出优化和提升关中—天水经济区城市群资源环境承载力的政策性建议。
Taking the eight major cities in the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone urban agglomeration as samples, an evaluation index system of resources and environment carrying capacity composed of 18 indicators including resource carrying capacity and population and socio-economic development pressure was constructed. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was used to conduct a comprehensive and quantitative evaluation of the carrying capacity of resources and environment of urban agglomerations in Guanzhong - Tianshui Economic Zone. The results show that there are obvious spatial and spatial differences in resources and environment carrying capacity among the urban agglomerations in the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone, showing three levels: the resources and environmental carrying capacity of Xi’an, Baoji and Weinan cities are relatively high, and the resources and environmental carrying capacity of Xianyang, Tongchuan and Yangling cities The middle level, Tianshui and Shangluo city resources and environmental carrying capacity is low. According to the advantages and disadvantages of the bearing capacity of resources and environment in each sample city, some policy suggestions are put forward to optimize and enhance the resources and environment carrying capacity of urban agglomerations in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone.
