文章在对林业专业合作社理事长重要性的认识以及其人力资本研究综述的基础上,构建理事长人力资本的评价体系。对福建省72位林业专业合作社理事长进行调研,运用因子分析法,分析理事长人力资本的构成及其相对水平。研究结果表明,理事长组织协调、经营管理与学习能力因子对理事长人力资本水平影响最大,其他因子依次是社会关系能力、物质及精神收益、知识水平、对理事长的监督约束机制。
Based on the recognition of the importance of director of forestry cooperatives and the review of its research on human capital, this paper constructs the evaluation system of director human resources. To investigate the director of 72 forestry cooperatives in Fujian Province and to use factor analysis method to analyze the composition and relative level of director human capital. The results show that the chairman of the organization and coordination, management and learning ability factor on the chairman of the human capital level greatest impact, followed by other factors in social relations, material and spiritual income, knowledge, supervision and restraint on the chairman of the mechanism.
