本文以未经补碘防治的IDD病区7~14岁儿童的尿碘、FT_4、TSH、智商、肿大率资料,作了相关回归分析和多元相关回归分析,证明各指标之间有显著相关意义(Pr<0.001),其回归方程线性作用均非常显著(Pb<0.001.P<0.01),其回归方程求证当尿碘为81μg/L时,肿大率≤20%、FT_4≥11.0ng/L、TSH≤7.0mU/L、IQ≥70。讨论认为只有达到上述指标水平病区7~14岁儿童方能保证智力等发育正常进行。故建议7~14岁儿童的上述数据应作防治控制标准。
In this paper, Iodine, FT_4, TSH, IQ, edema rate data of children aged 7 to 14 years old in IDD ward without iodine supplementation were analyzed by regression analysis and multivariate regression analysis, and it was proved that there was a significant correlation between each index (P <0.01). The regression equation proved that when urinary iodine was 81μg / L, the edema rate was less than 20% and FT_4≥11.0ng / L, TSH≤7.0mU / L, IQ≥70.
