今年6月24日,美国参议院以97票赞成、3票反对通过了税制改革方案。迄今美国参众两院已分别就里根总统提出的税制改革方案提出了各自的修正案。7月份,美国国会两院会商委员会将在参众两院方案的基础上提出一个折衷方案,然后交里根签署。如果税制改革方案变成正式法律并付诸实施,它将是40多年来美国历史上最全面,影响最深远的一次税制改革。
On June 24 this year, the U.S. Senate passed the tax reform program with 97 votes in favor and 3 votes against it. So far, the U.S. House of Representatives and the House of Representatives have separately proposed respective amendments to the tax reform proposal put forward by President Reagan. In July, the House of Representatives and Chamber of Commerce in both houses of Congress will propose a compromise plan based on the programs of both houses of parliament and then sign Reagan’s hand. If the tax reform program becomes a formal law and put into effect, it will be the most comprehensive and far-reaching tax reform in the history of the United States in more than 40 years.
