Among the 42 patients with cerebral cysticercosis confirmed by pathological examination or subcutaneous nodule biopsy, 38 cases of brain parenchyma accounted for 90.5%, mostly with epilepsy, limb movement disorders and mental disorders as the first symptom; 4 cases of ventricular type, Accounting for 9.5%, often with headache, vomiting, dizziness, papilledema and other symptoms more common. The authors believe that if one of the following criteria can be diagnosed as cerebral cysticercosis, (1) cranial CT see typical cystic nodules or most scattered in the small abnormal calcification; (2) cranial CT see subcutaneous subcutaneous cercaria nodules or tapeworm infection history ; (3) cranial CT see plus hemagglutination test or other immunological test positive.
