风机、泵类是消耗电能的主要负载,它们的负荷变化大而异步电机的转速却恒定不变,造成了“大马拉小车”现象,浪费了大量的能源。交流变频器不仅调速性能优越,而且节能效果显著。本文分析了交流变频调速节能原理,提出了交流变频器在工业锅炉节能改造中的一种应用;并结合现场实际情况,给出了交流变频调速系统解决方案。实验数据表明,节能效果明显。
Fan, pump is the main load of power consumption, their load changes and asynchronous motor speed is constant, resulting in a “big car” phenomenon, wasting a lot of energy. AC drive not only speed performance superior, but also significant energy-saving effect. This paper analyzes the energy-saving principle of AC variable frequency speed regulation and put forward an application of AC frequency converter in the energy-saving retrofit of industrial boilers. Combined with the actual situation in the field, the solution of AC variable frequency speed regulation system is given. Experimental data show that energy-saving effect is obvious.
