每位教师都希望自己的学生在课堂上能够掌握自己传授的知识,对本堂课的知识能够融会贯通,理解深刻,然而,基于学生的理解能力的差别,教师传授方式的不同,以及课堂氛围的好坏等因素,一堂课下来,有些学生对上课时的知识点掌握会感觉到一知半解,懵懵懂懂,针对这种情况,就需要教师及时找准学生不懂的地方,进行对症下药,进行有针对性的辅导,让学生都能掌握课堂上的知识。这篇文章,就辅导的对象、目的和方法提出了一些浅显的意见和建议,希望广大同仁一起来研究和讨论。
