习近平总书记在庆祝“五一”国际劳动节暨表彰全国劳动模范和先进工作者大会上强调,我们要始终高度重视提高劳动者素质,培养宏大的高素质劳动者大军。当前,我国技能人才队伍不仅数量上不足,质量上也存在许多欠缺。如何提高技能人才队伍整体素质,培养一大批掌握新知识、新技能、新本领的高素质技能人才,是人才队伍建设面临的重大课题。本期聚焦,我们一起关注这方面的实践和探索。
General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the May Day celebration of International Labor Day and the General Assembly honoring the national model workers and advanced workers that we must always attach great importance to improving the quality of workers and cultivating a generous large-scale workforce of qualified workers. At present, not only the quantity of skilled personnel in our country is insufficient, but also there are many deficiencies in quality. How to improve the overall quality of skilled personnel, train a large number of high-quality skilled personnel with new knowledge, new skills and new skills is a major issue for the construction of qualified personnel. Focus on this issue, we are concerned about this practice and exploration.
