目的:探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒(Hr-HPV)检测在诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)中的应用。方法:2008年6月~2009年6月间102例患者,采用第二代杂交捕获技术检测HPV的感染情况,比较不同级别的高危型人乳头瘤病毒(CINHr-HPV)的感染情况及各级间的差异。结果:CINⅠ级、CINⅡ级和CINⅢ级Hr-HPV的负荷量及Hr-HPV的阳性表达率明显高于炎症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CINⅡ级和CINⅢ级Hr-HPV的负荷量及Hr-HPV的阳性表达率明显高于CINⅠ级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Hr-HPV感染与宫颈癌前病变及子宫颈癌密切相关,其病毒载量和阳性表达率随宫颈病变的严重程度增加呈上升趋势。
Objective: To investigate the application of high risk human papillomavirus (Hr-HPV) in the diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Methods: From June 2008 to June 2009, 102 patients were tested for the presence of HPV infection using the second generation hybridization capture technique. The infection status of different grades of high-risk human papillomavirus (CINHr-HPV) The difference between. Results: The load of Hr-HPV and the positive rate of Hr-HPV in CINⅠ, CINⅡ and CINⅢlevels were significantly higher than those in inflammation group (P <0.05). The load of Hr-HPV and the positive expression rate of Hr-HPV in CINⅡlevel and CINⅢlevel were significantly higher than those in CINⅠlevel, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hr-HPV infection is closely related to cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer. The viral load and positive rate of Hr-HPV infection increase with the severity of cervical lesions.
