探讨天然橡胶(NR)/反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)并用胶的适宜硫化体系。结果表明,在合适的混炼工艺条件下,采用促进剂NOBS1份、硫黄2~3份的普通硫化体系时,NR/TPI并用胶的混炼加工特性、硫化特性均可达到预期水平;拉伸强度、撕裂强度、回弹性、耐磨性等性能均保持较高的水平,硬度和定伸应力大大提高,拉断伸长率有所降低,耐屈挠龟裂性能及压缩生热性能得到改善。
The suitable vulcanization system of natural rubber (NR) / trans-1,4-polyisoprene (TPI) was studied. The results show that under the proper mixing conditions, the vulcanization properties of NR / TPI adhesive can reach the expected level when the common vulcanization system with 1 part of NOBS and 2 ~ 3 parts of sulfur is used. Strength, tear strength, resilience, wear resistance and other properties are maintained at a high level, greatly increased hardness and set tensile stress, elongation at break has been reduced flex cracking performance and compression heat generating performance improve.
