为评估磁共振成像(MRI)用于柑桔汁胞粒化无损检测的有效性,采用1.5T高场磁共振成像仪对采后贮藏30d的琯溪蜜柚Citrus grandis‘Guanximiyou’果实进行磁共振扫描检查,以同层断面解剖图为对照。结果表明,在MRI检测中,T2WI能够明显区分果肉组织与海绵层组织的信号差异,其信号强度可代表果实组织相对含水量;T2WI信号在汁胞粒化部位强度明显降低,病变组织的失水特征清晰,与解剖结果一致。T2WI对汁胞粒化的识别率100%,T1WI的识别率41.7%,两者差异显著(χ2=5.76,p=0.016)。T2WI和T1WI均能显示种子照影,但T2WI对果肉组织影像的分辨率优于T1WI。MRI的T2WI分析可作为一种无损检测方法,对柚果的汁胞粒化程度以及种子有无进行评估。
To evaluate the effectiveness of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for the non-destructive detection of citrus juice granulosa cells, a 1.5T high-field magnetic resonance imaging system was used to detect the fruit of Citrus grandis’Guanximiyou ’ Scan examination to the same layer anatomical cross-section as a control. The results showed that T2WI could clearly differentiate the signal difference between the pulp tissue and the sponge layer during MRI examination. The signal intensity of T2WI could represent the relative water content of the fruit tissue. The T2WI signal intensity was significantly decreased in the granulation part of the juice, Features are clear and consistent with anatomical findings. The recognition rate of T2WI to juice granulation was 100%, and the recognition rate of T1WI was 41.7%. There was significant difference between them (χ2 = 5.76, p = 0.016). Both T2WI and T1WI showed seed photos, but T2WI had better resolution than T1WI for pulp tissue images. T2WI analysis of MRI can be used as a non-destructive test method to evaluate the degree of granulation of pomelo fruit and the presence or absence of seeds.
