个体间持续的知识共享是提升组织竞争能力、运营能力和创新能力的关键。在挖掘师徒制知识共享敌意产生原因的基础之上,利用边际分析方法,绘制了师傅知识囤积行为和徒弟知识排斥行为的正(负)效用的变化趋势。合理的知识治理机制有助于缓解师徒制知识共享敌意的程度。
Continuous knowledge sharing among individuals is the key to enhancing the competitiveness, operational capability and innovation ability of an organization. Based on the analysis of the causes of excavation mentor-knowledge-sharing hostility, this paper uses the marginal analysis method to draw the trend of positive (negative) utility of master knowledge accumulation behavior and apprentice knowledge exclusion behavior. Reasonable knowledge governance mechanism can help to alleviate the mentality of mentally andchem knowledge sharing.
