如果我们只有发表在科技期刊中的某篇论文的某几页(例如一复印件),则其出处较难查寻。能够正确地查找到论文的出处是获得论文的前提,因此,期刊的出版者和编辑应采取措施保证:每篇论文,即使只有一个复印页,其出处也很易检索。为此,可采用以下二种(互补的)方法。第一,在出版者协作下(或许可下),适当使用天头和地脚;第二,由编者恰当处理论文中的大、小标题,能从中导出合乎逻辑的关键词。 If we have only a few pages of a paper published in a scientific journal, such as a photocopy, it is harder to find where it came from. Being able to find the source of the paper correctly is a prerequisite for obtaining the paper, therefore journal publishers and editors should take steps to ensure that each paper is easily searchable, even if there is only one copy. To this end, the following two (complementary) methods can be used. First, the proper use of the heavens and the feet under the collaboration of publishers (perhaps under license); and secondly, by the editors’ proper handling of large and small headings in the essay, logical keywords can be derived therefrom.
