利用自主开发的无线应力传感监测系统,对杭州铁路东站大面积站房钢结构施工阶段的应力进行监测.详细阐述了监测系统的组成、测点布置和主要监测结果.通过跟踪监测屋盖分块单元钢桁架整体提升和整个屋盖结构成形过程中构件的应力,给出了椭圆钢柱、格构式柱、屋盖桁架等关键构件的应力变化规律.文中进行了实测应力值与有限元理论计算值的比较,结果表明:分块单元桁架整体提升的实测应力值与理论计算值符合较好,但整体成形过程实测应力值与理论计算值存在一定偏差.
The self-developed wireless stress sensing monitoring system is used to monitor the stress during the construction of large-area railway station building in Hangzhou East Railway Station.The composition, measuring point arrangement and main monitoring results of the monitoring system are elaborated in detail.Through monitoring the roof The stress variation of the key components such as oval steel columns, lattice columns, roof trusses and so on were obtained by the integral lifting of the steel truss in the block unit and the forming of the whole roof structure. The results show that the measured stress values of the overall lifting of the block unit truss are in good agreement with the theoretical values, but there is a certain deviation between the measured stress values and the theoretical values in the whole forming process.
