在传统生态绿地碳汇评估的研究与应用中,一直存在着未考虑三维地形、统计方法不够直观、评估效率较低、缺乏适合城乡规划行业特征的评估模型等问题。对此,本文发展了一个三层级的城乡绿色碳汇评估清单,提出了基于三维视角的生态绿地表面积统计方法,构建和实现了基于参数化技术的评估系统,并由此形成了一套较完整的城乡绿色碳汇评估模型。最后通过两个案例的实证研究,详细阐述了该模型在低碳城乡规划中的应用方法,并说明了基于三维视角的必要性和模型应用于多方案对比的可行性,为低碳城乡规划研究、应用与管理提供了一个定量化的工具。
In the research and application of traditional greenbelt carbon sink assessment, there are always some problems such as the lack of consideration of 3D terrain, the lack of intuitionistic statistical methods, the low evaluation efficiency and lack of evaluation models suitable for the characteristics of urban and rural planning industries.
