高等职业教育中的应用专业是在特定的历史环境、文化背景下产生、发展起来的.它或多或少地受到传统教育那种封闭型教育模式和“重理论,轻实践;重学历,轻能力”的教学思想倾向的制约.特别是秘书专业脱胎于老大学的中文专业,不可避免地受到旧的条条框框的束缚,在一定程度上影响了秘书专门人才的培养.因此,职大的秘书专业应以社会主义市场经济为基点设置教学体系.一、教学指导思想的转变传统教育以培养理论型人才为目的,而职业教育是一种以培养能力为基础的教育,其目的是造就应用型、技能型人才,为市场经济直接输送有效生产力.从秘书专业发展的现状来看,指导思想的转变,还需在能力培养上下功夫.应从“重理论、轻实践”的传统中彻底解放出来,把握理论够用为度,培养能力为主的原则,重视理论与实践的紧密结合,突出职业特点,培养出具有开拓意识、竞争能力和操作能力的秘书人才,更好地为社会服务.
