通过细菌的分离培养和16S rDNA序列分析的方法,对青藏高原的小冬克玛底冰川、玉珠峰冰川和煤矿冰川雪中的可培养细菌数量和多样性进行了研究.结果表明:小冬克玛底冰川、玉珠峰冰川和煤矿冰川雪中的可培养细菌数量依次为18.54,35.52和58.07 CFU.mL-1.恢复出的细菌具有丰富的多样性,隶属于Bacteroidetes,Actinobacteria,Firmicutes和α,β,γ-Proteobacteria等6个类群.与青藏高原、南北极冰雪中微生物的比较分析发现Agrococcus,Zoogloea和Pedobacter属细菌是玉珠峰冰川和煤矿冰川的特殊微生物类群.
By means of bacterial isolation and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, the numbers and diversity of culturable bacteria in Xiaodokakema glacier, Yuzhufeng glacier and coal mine glacier snow in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau were studied.The results showed that: The numbers of culturable bacteria in bottom glacier, jade pearl glacier and coal mine glacier snow were 18.54, 35.52 and 58.07 CFU · mL-1, respectively.The recovered bacteria were rich in diversity and belonged to Bacteroidetes, Actinobacteria, Firmicutes and α, β, γ-Proteobacteria etc. Compared with the microorganisms in the ice and snow in the Tibetan plateau and the Arctic, Agrococcus, Zoogloea and Pedobacter belonged to the special microflora of Yuzhufeng glacier and coal mine glacier.
