脑卒中后癫痫的发病率为6~8%。本文对50例卒中后癫痫进行了电子计算机体层扫描(CT)和脑电图(EEG)的比较研究。病人和结果研究组(A 组)为50例脑卒中癫痫患者,年龄17~67(平均66)岁。对照组(B 组)为50例有脑卒中后遗症但未发癫痫者,年龄46~73(平均66)岁。对两组在卒中后1~2年进行临床观察和CT 及 EEG 检查。A 组 EEG 异常改变48例(其中不伴阵发性活动21例,伴阵发性活动异常26例),B 组41例异常(不伴阵发性活动21例,伴阵发性活动14例),局灶性改变在 A 组多于 B 组。两组的 EEG 异常在统计学上无显著性差异,但阵发性异常脑电活动
The incidence of post-stroke epilepsy is 6 ~ 8%. In this paper, 50 patients with post-stroke epilepsy were compared by computerized tomography (CT) and electroencephalogram (EEG). Patient and Outcome Study Groups (Group A) were 50 stroke patients with epilepsy, aged 17-67 (mean, 66) years. The control group (group B), 50 patients with sequelae of stroke but no epilepsy, aged 46-73 (average 66 years). The clinical observation and CT and EEG examination of the two groups were performed 1-2 years after stroke. There were 48 cases of abnormal changes of EEG in group A (21 without paroxysmal activity, 26 with abnormal paroxysmal activity), 41 in group B (21 without paroxysmal activity, 14 with paroxysmal activity ), Focal changes in the A group than in the B group. There was no statistically significant difference in EEG abnormalities between the two groups, but paroxysmal abnormal EEG activity
