利用Gleeble 3500热模拟机对高颗粒含量B4C/Al复合材料进行了温度范围为298~773 K,应变率范围为1×10-3~5 s-1的单轴压缩力学行为测试。结果表明:由于高颗粒含量B4C/Al复合材料在动态载荷和静态载荷作用下的破坏方式不同,导致了在高温条件下复合材料的动态强度随温度的下降速率要小于静态强度的下降速率。当温度从室温升高到773 K时,复合材料的应变率敏感指数从0.02增加到0.13,该现象表明,该高颗粒含量复合材料的应变率敏感指数是温度的函数。
The uniaxial compressive mechanical behavior tests of high content of B4C / Al composites with temperature range of 298 ~ 773 K and strain rate range of 1 × 10-3 ~ 5 s-1 were carried out by Gleeble 3500 thermal simulator. The results show that the rate of decline of dynamic strength with temperature is less than that of static strength at high temperature due to the different failure modes of B4C / Al composites under dynamic loading and static loading. When the temperature rises from room temperature to 773 K, the strain rate sensitivity index of the composites increases from 0.02 to 0.13. This phenomenon indicates that the strain rate sensitivity index of the high particle content composite is a function of temperature.
