A 2kW-CO_2 laser was used to deposit the NiOrSiB alloy on the A_3 steel plate to obtain the alloy surface which is comparable to the superalloy and has high temperature resistance, anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties. The Ni_3Si superlattice structure was found in the laser cladding layer and Long period structure.
