欧洲F1方程式赛车大奖赛于2008年8月在西班牙巴伦西亚市港口环线上举行。该环线上原有1座立面转体开启闭合钢结构桥梁,桥梁闭合状态全桥长125 m,桥面宽净8 m。受城市交通规划的影响,该桥为已经放弃使用的原有轨道及公路交通两用桥。开赛之前,依据F1赛事技术要求,需要对原有桥梁实施加宽改造方能满足F1赛车需求。另外,根据巴伦西亚城市建筑规划要求,改建后的新桥要求为平面转体桥。在对原有桥梁恒活载与所需F1赛道桥梁恒活载对比分析的基础上,认为原桥主要钢构件可以利用,改建新桥在循环经济理念指导下实施。改建后的新桥利用原桥钢材95%,利用原有桥梁转体机械构件50%(包括桥梁跨中锁、桥头锁等构件)。改建后的新桥闭合状态全桥长135.2 m,桥面净宽18 m。
The European F1 Formula One Grand Prix was held in the port circle of Valencia, Spain in August 2008. On the ring line, there is one open and closed steel structure bridge with a facade swivel structure. The full-bridge length of the closed bridge is 125 m and the width of the bridge is 8 m.
