For pupils, English is yet another language after Chinese. But this new language, unlike our native language, does not have any foundation for our students until we learn this language. Most teachers pay more attention to teaching ability and written examination skills, while ignoring the development of student listening. This creates a phenomenon: students in the examination part of the written test can get almost full marks, while the hearing part is a mess, the result is to pull points for the entire exam.
